Imagined the enchanting of being married in a Garden surrounded by the beautiful fragrances of the flowers and the spectacular views of the St. Lawrence! We have one of the most spectacular locations for weddings anywhere in Canada and offer a range of services to cater to your wishes. Not only does the site provide extraordinary venues for your photographs, but our chef and staff will prepare an event that is memorable for the wedding party and your guest. The Gardens are the perfect place for the biggest day of your life.
We offer the enchanting gardens for your celebration, one of three sites available outside Quebec, and the most beautiful and a cocktail outside on the garden terrace of Villa Estevan and / or in the gazebo of married, a meal we design with you according to your taste and always with the flavors of gardens and a memorable evening for your guests, and see the gardens at night, what beauty!
Wedding Ceremony
You can celebrate the wedding ceremony in the Gardens in one of several areas. Most couples choose to hold the ceremony in front of Estevan Lodge looking out over the St. Lawrence River.
You can also use the new Robert W. Reford Pavillon, a beautiful wooden gazebo adjacent to Estevan Lodge that provides a charming venue for your celebration.

Wedding Reception
You can hold your wedding reception outside, in a marquee on the lawn or in one or more rooms of Estevan Lodge.
We offer a range of services for wedding receptions that include catering, flowers and room decorations.
Reception in the Estevan Lodge (maximum capacity 120 people)
Four sumptuous rooms of Estevan Lodge are available to receive your guests. These rooms can be arranged to suit your needs and tastes. Note that the maximum capacity is 120 people, with each room accommodating a maximum of 25 to 45 people. Please call us to obtain a sample menu or to schedule a meeting with us to determine your needs.
Reception under a Marquee
You may wish to rent a marquee for your wedding reception with an authorized suppliers.
Please contact us to receive the list of suppliers in the region.
We charge a base feeI of $ 250 to ensure the logistics of any event that uses a marquee.
Rates
The basic fare to hold a wedding ceremony or a reception in the Gardens is $500. This fee includes the management of your event, the location of the site and the admission for your guests.
Included in these rates, for each type of marriage:
Access to the site for your guests
Parking
Logistical support before and during the event
Furniture (100 domestic chairs, 200 chairs outside tables)
The use of one or more rooms of Estevan Lodge
Chairs and tables
Sound System in Estevan Lodge (music only, up to 50 discs)
Access to the Gardens for Photographs
Additional charges apply with the addition of one or more of the following services
Marquee
Meals
Refreshments
Decorations (flowers, table decorations, etc.)
Graphism (if necessary)
Rental costs of any additional equipment and materials
Logistics fee for use of a marquee ($250)
Reservation policy
Reservations are required for all types of events in the Gardens. A deposit of $ 250 is required to confirm a booking. The deposit will be deducted from your final bill. for events of $1,000 or more, advance payment of 25% will be required before the event.
Photography
We welcome visitors to use the Gardens for your special events. Group rates apply for photography shoots.
