The Gardens offer an exceptional venue to hold business meetings, corporate retreats ans special events. Over the years, we have hosted all kinds of events, large and small, and pride ourselves in offering services to make your event a memorable occasion. Our team is at your disposal to help you plan and coordinate every detail of your event.

Site Rental
The site is available for special events during the summer months and before and after the Gardens are open to the public. Please contact us if you are interested in renting the site.
Room Rental
Estevan Lodge provides an ideal location for a business meeting, corporate retreat or a corporate event. The building has four rooms and various services that are outlined below.
Rates
Meeting for 15 to 30 (8 am to 5 pm)
Meeting for 31 to 60 (8 am to 5 pm)
Site location for an entire day (8 am to midnight)

Dining for Special Events
Regional winner in the category Restaurants - tourism development, the restaurant of Estevan Lodge will be happy to meet your every desire. We will prepare a menu to cater to your needs, anything from a light lunch to a special cocktail buffet or tasting menu for your evening meal.
Guided Tour
In order to experience your day at the Gardens, we suggest that you reserve some time for your participant to visit the site. We can provide you with guides who will lead your group through the Gardens and provide you with information about the history and the story of Elsie Reford and her passion for plants.
Guided tours are $ 25; we recommend 1 guide for 25 people.
Cooking Workshop
To add spice to your event, create a special team-building opportunity or simply offer an out of the ordinary activity for your friends or staff, we have designed a culinay workshop with our Chef Pierre-Olivier Ferry and his staff. You will enjoy a private cooking course taught by a graduate of the Institut de tourisme et d’hôtellerie du Québec and the Université du Québec à Montréal in management of tourism and hotels.
