Estevan Lodge Restaurant
The dining rooms in Estevan Lodge offer a unique atmosphere in a historic house that dates from 1887. Regional winner of the Grands Prix du Tourisme 2008 in the category Restaurants - tourism development, Chef Pierre-Olivier Ferry offers a menu based on edible flower from the horticultural collection of the Gardens. Daylily Soup, fresh garden salad, Halibut from the St. Lawrence or a delicious soup made from wild mushrooms are complimented by selection of locally-grown products picked daily by local farmers and producers. The herb and picking garden surrounding Estevan Lodge inspires the Chef at the beginning of each day. It is not uncommon to see him picking what you will enjoy in your meal.

Garden Café
Located in the charming coach house of Estevan Lodge,, the Garden Café offers a menu of soups and sandwiches prepared daily. A terrace and three gazebos offer a relaxing area for visitors who want to enjoy a light lunch outdoors after the discovery of the Gardens and the Festival. The Garden Café is open daily until 5 pm.
Boutique Café
Located at the entrance of the gardens, and accessible without paying admission to the Gardens, the Boutique Café is in the Visitor Pavillon. A beautiful room with large windows looking into the forest and the blue poppy beds allows visitors to enjoy their meals in an enchanting setting. The Boutique Café offers light lunches, snacks and refreshments. As its name suggests, the Boutique Café also offers a selection of products prepared at the Gardens such as marinated daylilies as well as other regional products. The Boutique Café is open daily until 5 pm.
